Airline Slammed For Lingerie Photo Shoot [Images]

Vietnam. Not just noodle dishes and cheap clothes.

There, you get beautiful beaches, hundreds of years of culture, and an airline that has lingerie models on it’s posters.

VietJet Air (remind me to fly this in January) sent social media channels viral this weekend, posting images of models wearing stockings and briefs in the airline’s colours.

Vu Pham Nguyen Tung, the airline’s development director has said that the images are not part of a campaign, nor a PR ploy.

“We have yet to decide if we will use these photos or not.”

The airline has been in similar situations before, back in 2012, when it had winners of a beauty contest perform a dance in one of its planes. On the airline’s inaugural flight it had air hostesses wear Hawaiian bikinis. Both incidents ended with small fines.
