Finally. Just in time for the weekend: The Spy Tapes.
After five years of DA vs NPA battle, the Spy Tapes were handed over, in full.
“What follows here is the full transcript of the recordings the NPA considered relevant, providing an intimate view of the frantic politicking and paranoia in the run-up to the ANC’s historic Polokwane conference in December 2007.”
They should be an interesting read. The tapes include recordings made by the National Intelligence Agency, plus notes and discussions that led to the dropping of Zuma’s fraud charges.
