America, the land of the sometimes overly hysterical (even though we love New York and Disneyland and skiing in Vail) has added something else to it’s list: it seems certain citizens enjoy ploughing their cars into mobs of people.
During a “solidarity rally” for Michael Brown (who, in case you have been living at the bottom of a deep well, was shot and killed by a policeman who has now gotten off free), members of the protest were blocking an intersection. After hooting a few times, a car drove through the crowd, knocking over a woman and then driving over her legs.
Much screaming can be heard in the video as people clamber around the vehicle.
The driver of the vehicle did eventually stop and has been cooperating with police. The woman was treated for minor injuries and is fine.
