The Cannes Film Festival is well underway and my goodness, are the celebs looking great. The temperature is a balmy 22-odd degrees, so our best-dressed A-list celebs are rocking the red carpet in dresses that vary from crisp daytime beachwear to the more usually seen red carpet gowns.
My favourite outfit so far has to be Lupita Nyong’o and her white summer dress.
Isn’t that absolutely perfect? The Oscar winning actress is known for her colour-blocking, and nailed it again with this Gucci piece:
The festival has also seen the premier for Mad Max, and Charlize has yet to make a fashion faux pas. Her co-stars are looking quite dapper, too.
Miranda Kerr is next up on my list. The Victoria’s Secret Angel has been snapped in a full length pink gown (that showed plenty of cleavage and leg) and a more casual black number.
If you thought Miranda was going to inspire you to keep off the hangover food this weekend, then Doutzen Kroes in this Atelier Versace dress will have you doing seven Bikram yoga classes on top of missing out on the pizzas.
I’d love to sit and show you every mention-worthy dress, but it seems like the ladies of Cannes are doing well this year with dress choices.
