Although the construction of the massive property is only in its second phase and is set to be complete in two years, the total cost of the lush building will be well over $159 million. Casual.
The owner, Robert Pereira, is the founder of Middlesex Corporation, a Massachusetts-based construction company that also has offices in Florida. He initially planned to live in the home, but decided against it for reasons unknown.
