A mass shooting, according to the Reddit community Guns Are Cool, is when a shooting spree takes place and there are four or more victims. The irony is that they don’t actually think guns are cool, but rather look at the issues with the handling of them in the States.
One suspect was a woman.
As police approached the house, the black SUV drove past slowly then sped off, instigating a police pursuit. There was then a shootout between the man and the police while the woman drove.
Armed with assault-style rifles and handguns and wearing assault-style clothing, the suspects have not been identified, although the house that the SUV was at belongs to Syed Farook, an inspector with the county health department who abruptly left the event at the Inland Regional Center before the shootings. It is unclear whether he was the driver or one of the shooters, or indeed dead.
