A new Zapiro cartoon is always worth a look, and given what’s happening at universities across the country now is as good a time as any.
You can see some of the campus chaos HERE, and although things look to have quietened down a little today you can’t help but feel an escalation in violence is only around the corner.
Back to the cartoon though – this time in the firing line is the hapless Blade Nzimande, with a not-so-subtle dig at Jacob Zuma of course.
Why the long face, buddy?
The minister was in much finer spirits last year – never forget this outburst, when he thought he’d cracked a really funny joke and chuckled to himself:
