It’s summer up in the northern hemisphere which means the rich kids of Instagram are back with their usual antics, posting their summer shenanigans for all the world to drool over.

Although the posts generally lack creativity, they do offer a little insight into what it is the rich kids spend their pocket money on.

Last year we checked out what the European crew was doing during their summer break – here – and, while we’re still intrigued, we hooked into Business Insider‘s look at the rich kids of the most expensive country to live in in the world, i.e. Switzerland.

Also home to the world’s most expensive school, here’s what happens next (although we cannot confirm that any of these mense actually attended said school).

Collected on this Instagram account, let’s take a look, shall we?

    From their pets:

    To their collection of cars:

    There’s Moet-branded skis:

    Snaps of their pocket money:

And pics of their watch collections. Which one do I wear today, hmm?:

Then, there’s the whole champagne bath suggestion:

And this car filled with shopping. I think they need more boot space:

My favourite, however, is this hangover cure: cereal and Moet.

…followed by some Maccy D’s on a private jet:

Seriously, though, what is it with rich people and pictures of themselves with fast food on their private jets?

We hope that has given you enough Instagram aspirations for this summer – we need to see what the rich kids of Cape Town have to offer.
