Adrian Gore has done very well for himself.
Establishing Discovery Limited back in 1992, the CEO and his team are set to move into their splashy new R3 billion headquarters in Sandton, Johannesburg before the end of the year.
But down in Cape Town, Discovery has another office complex on the way.
At a cost of R460 million, it might not be as grand or unique as the Sandton headquarters, but the two four-storey buildings – 8 000 and 8 300 square metres respectively – will be a stylish addition to Century City’s Sable Park.
Here is how the building is expected to look upon completion, with construction already well underway:
It’s no Sandton headquarters, but it’s no Cartel House either.
If you were feeling a little envious of Discovery’s success, Cartel House is the perfect option for an inspiring office environment.
Situated in the CBD, just take a look at what you will be surrounding yourself and your employees with every day:
So whether you’re after your own office, or a Cartel House membership that allows you a hot desk and all the perks, it’s time you started to think seriously about the type of place you want to call your office space.
Once settled, every offering is run off the Cartel House’s app, from ordering coffee to booking boardrooms and a cocktail by the pool.
Situated in Loop Street, slap bang in the centre of town, there’s a rooftop pool, gym, bar, food delivered to your desk….we could go on, but it’s probably best you snoop here and see what floats your boat.
