In case you had no idea, it’s fashion month.
The multi-week, multi-continent celebration of fashion spreads its long legs from New York City to Europe. At this point, the models have walked in New York, London, and things have just wrapped up in Milan.
Just last week, Gucci got deep and sent severed heads and baby dragons down the runway.
But that was nothing.
You see, while the clothes the models wore were somewhat suitable for everyday wear, other designers have really pushed the envelope.
From giant holographic seashell-inspired ensembles at Jack Irving’s presentation, to Jackie O-styled Martian models at Jeremy Scott, here’s the weirdest of the lot from London and Milan via HuffPost:
On|Off Presents – Honest Man
Annakiki
Matty Bovan
Dolce & Gabbana
Moschino (Jeremy Scott)
On|Off Presents – Jack Irving
Pam Hogg
Angel Chen
Dilara Findikoglu
Gareth Pugh
Richard Quinn
Ashish
Chalayan
And they haven’t even hit Paris yet.
You’re free to wear you want, and we’re free to take the piss.
