    Anyone who follows Dale Steyn on Instagram knows that he loves fishing, surfing, and walking his dogs on Muizenberg beach.

    As long as it makes him stronger, and he comes back to beat Shaun Pollock’s test wicket haul on his way to the 500 club, that’s all good.

    I have no idea how many fish Dale has hauled in over the years, but his latest adventure sees him head to the Zambezi in search of a monster catch.

    The YouTube video, uploaded by Geran de Klerk, details the adventure:

    On a last minute invite, we packed our bags and headed for Ilombe Island in Zambia in search of Tiger Fish. The fishing was tough, but the guys managed to land one of the ultimate river monsters.. A 16lbs Tiger. This film features Bret Bargiacchi, Dale Steyn, Carl Cardinelli and myself.

    Here’s Part One:

    Not a bad start, and it looks like Part Two could be quite entertaining.

    I can’t believe Dale never took Quinny along, though. Shame, the poor guy was left to fish with his pal, Henry:

    Let’s just hope we see both of these cricketers back on the field, and back to their best, when the test season kicks off.
