Well, this is just bloody marvellous news.
I’m a sucker for anything that Sir David Attenborough lends his voice to, and his latest project, in association with BBC Earth, looks like it’s going to be another absolute gem.
Last year’s Blue Planet II was everything we have come to expect from that duo, but now we can start getting excited about Dynasties.
The first look trailer dropped late last week, with this from Radio Times:
Following on from the success of Planet Earth II and Blue Planet II, this series will focus on five “celebrated yet endangered” species.
Cameras will follow families of tigers, lions, hunting dogs, emperor penguins and chimpanzees, “revealing the complexities of power, rivalry and tenderness in animal relationships.”
This show has been four years in the making, so we have high hopes:
No official date has been set for the show’s release, but it can’t come soon enough.
