We tend to think that once the grind starts up again in the new year, that it’s time to put away the party vibes and settle into work and adulting.
Whoever came up with that idea needs to be severely scolded.
Going back to work doesn’t have to mean the end of all fun, especially when We Love Summer are keeping the holiday vibes alive.
On February 2, they are hosting a We Love Summer Beach Party that promises an intimate summer celebration complete with good vibes, great music, and good people.
Granger Bay is where you want to be, people.
Headlining the event are Ante Perry, Floyd Lavine and TILL VON SEIN, bringing you a mixture of great disco, house and tech-house fun.
You can also let loose on the ‘Floyd Lavine Invites’ floor, where you’ll experience a mix of artists curated by the man himself.
Hello Afro-house, goodbye worries and cares.
What more could you ask for?
I’ll tell you – an ice-cold beer.
It’s a good thing that Sol Beer will be there to keep the good times going. Sol (or in English, the sun) is the obvious companion to a summer beach party. The beach without the sun makes no sense.
Sol is infused with Espiritu Libre, the spirit of freedom, so you can forget about your worries and re-embrace that freedom you thought you left behind with the holidays.
When: Saturday, February 2, 2019
Where: Grand Africa Cafe and Beach (Granger Bay Road, off Beach Road)
Tickets: welovesummer.co.za
Tickets are limited and early bird tickets are already sold out, so you’ll want to act fast.
If you’re feeling fancy, you can also make an exclusive booking to secure a private table with a dedicated waitstaff. Space is limited, though!
This is a summer beach party, so expect to get wet, arrive early, and make sure you’re kitted out with your water pistols, towels, bikinis, boardies and, of course, Espiritu Libre.
