It’s a good month for TV series.
Game of Thrones is back and so is Big Little Lies.
If you’re unfamiliar with the series all you really need to know is that Meryl Streep is in it this time and everything Meryl does is perfect.
You can also expect repeat brilliant performances by Nicole Kidman and Reese Witherspoon.

Told through the eyes of three mothers, nothing is quite as it seems in the peaceful seaside town of Monterey, California. Beautiful homes, doting moms, successful husbands and adorable children are all the picture-perfect factors for an ideal life. But when a single event threatens this delicate, masterpiece façade and secrets and betrayals are ousted, everyone quickly becomes divided, causing conflicts between the haves and the have-nots, compromises between husbands and wives, parents and children, and friends and neighbours.
