“If you can dodge a wrench, you can dodge a ball.”
It’s been 15 years since Dodgeball was released, and it remains one of those movies that you can’t help but quote.
Whilst the movie was full of laughs, the sport itself is hotly contested, with the latest showdown taking place between Michelle Obama and James Corden.
For some context, Corden piped up recently with an anything-Americans-can-do-Brits-can-do-better jab, and the former First Lady wasn’t having it.
TIME reports:
Obama called up an all-star, all-female team of Allison Janney, Mila Kunis, Lena Waithe, Kate Hudson and Melissa McCarthy to face off with Corden’s squad of Benedict Cumberbatch, John Bradley, Harry Styles and Reggie Watts, who he declared an honorary Brit-for-the-day.
Let’s see which team best remembered the five D’s of dodgeball – dodge, duck, dip, dive and dodge:
