SAG Awards 2020 – All The Winners

It's awards season, and more statues were dealt out to the best in the film and television industry at the SAG Awards this past weekend.
SAG-Awards-Winners

The 26th annual Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards happened this past weekend at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles. SAG-AFTRA presented awards in 15 categories honouring the year’s best film and TV acting performances.

There were some predictable outcomes. Joker seems to be cleaning up at all of the awards shows this year, and Joaquin Phoenix walked away with the title of ‘Best Actor in a Motion Picture’ at the Golden Globes.

The film also nabbed ‘Best Score’.

At the SAG Awards, he landed ‘Best Performance’, so he’s two for two at the moment.

Here’s Deadline:

The night included Robert De Niro receiving the SAG Life Achievement Award, with Leonardo DiCaprio doing the presenting. Both had dogs in the fight tonight: De Niro with Netlfix’s The Irishman and DiCaprio with Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.

This year’s marquee Cast in a Motion Picture category also included Lionsgate’s Bombshell, Searchlight’s Jojo Rabbit and Neon’s Parasite.

Alas, no Ricky Gervais.
