Cape Town ‘Flasher’ Brawls With Mall Security [Videos]

On September 8 at the N1 City Mall in Cape Town, a man was arrested for having allegedly “exposed himself to a female”.

Five days later, the 31-year-old appeared in the Goodwood magistrate’s court on a public indecency charge.

According to TimesLIVE, centre manager Mazel Matthews has confirmed that the incident took place at the mall, and police spokesperson Sgt Wesley Twigg confirmed the arrest.

He probably didn’t do himself any favours by brawling with mall security before his arrest, with onlookers capturing footage of the fight and posting to social media:

A Taser might have come in handy.
