It really does hurt the heart more when brazen injustices are carried out on vulnerable members of our community, like children, animals, or old folk.
Arrive Alive uploaded devastating footage of a female pensioner being knocked to the ground after being assaulted and robbed on High Terrace in Chatsworth, KwaZulu-Natal on Monday.
The suspect, driving a silver Ford Fiesta, stopped next to the lady as she was dawdling down the road, punched her a couple of times, and then made off with her bag.
The victim is believed to be 73 years of age.

A person’s moral fibre must be very thin to carry out this sort of attack.
The South African reported that there has been substantial outrage surrounding this incident, with SAPS in Chatsworth “under tremendous pressure” to find the suspect.
Arrive Alive continued with a plea:
This is so not on…these guys definitely need to be caught and taken to task
Our elderly are cautioned, where someone stops to ask for info, to not approach the vehicle for various reasons!
It is sad that we live in a world where we have to be careful about helping others, in case the situation turns out to be a ruse.
At least the lady managed to get up after the shocking attack.
