Queen Elizabeth II may have seen more famous people than a well-trodden Hollywood red carpet.
That’s because she’s shaken hands with Grammy-winning musicians and Oscar-winning actors, as well as American presidents and politicians, as well as fashion giants and other luminaries from all over the world.
During Her Majesty’s record 70 years on the throne, she naturally became acquainted with a truly impressive array of world-renowned people.
TODAY, Page Six, and Rolling Stone are all taking a stroll down memory lane with a look at the most iconic photos of the Queen and her myriad meetings.
We’ll skip past the politicians and go straight to where the real magic is, meeting musicians and actors past and present.
