Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s 7-year-old son, Saint West, was recently caught on camera gooi-ing out a middle finger to the paparazzi, only to have his mum awkwardly scold him in public.
Since the footage has made the ’rounds on social media, many users have suggested the young ‘un is channelling his father’s attitude toward the relentless world of celebrity photographers.
Kim and Saint were on their way to a swanky restaurant in Los Angeles when the young boy decided to give paparazzi a piece of his mind. The gesture didn’t escape his mom’s attention and Kim quickly covered her son’s face before he could throw out any more disrespectful moves.
It’s an understatement that Saint’s father, Kanye, has had a tumultuous relationship with paparazzi over the years. In January 2022, the renowned rapper expressed his desire to receive a share of the profits generated from paparazzi photos and interviews featuring him and his family.
“Right now, y’all get to shoot us without having to pay. I’mma change that.”
Clearly, Saint West’s recent ‘flipping the bird’ suggests that the family’s stance on paparazzi remains a topic of contentious discussion.

A picture of Kanye showing the paps the zap sign has now surfaced and is being shared alongside Saint’s latest angsty stunt.
I guess if your pops is off vroeteling with his new wife and being banned on-and-off from various social media platforms, you’ve got plenty to be pissed over.

Other 7-year-olds have the privilege of exploring the world of ‘naughty’ signs and signifiers free from the watchful gaze of public media, but poor Saint is going to have to live with the footage of this rebellious moment for the rest of his life (not to mention the gregarious content of his parents saturating the internet).
