If you were thinking of proposing to your partner in a fast-food chain restaurant, this might put you off.
In a video doing the rounds on Twitter, a man is seen kneeling behind his partner with a little grey box as she orders some McDonald’s.
Besides holding up the line in the particularly busy Sandton mall Maccy D’s, when his lady turns around, she’s utterly put off.
He continues to kneel as the woman has her say. Perhaps something about the fact that it appears he already has a wedding ring on his finger?
A little boy can be seen standing by for the whole thing, initially quite excited and then a little bereft.
Shame. Proposal: failed.
