Football fans ready your wallets, the world’s most popular team, Manchester United, are hopping over the pond to come play a pair of warm-up games against two local teams in July.
It was recently announced that the Red Devils would find themselves on our sunny shores for two warm-up matches against AmaZulu and Ajax CT respectively. Their first encounter will be on 19 July against Amazulu at Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban, after which they’ll move further down the coast to play Ajax CT on 21 July at the Green Point Stadium.
South Africa is the first leg of their pre-season warm-up journey after which they head will travel to China to partake in further friendly matches.
