A photo of Justin Bieber groping a fan’s breast has surfaced online, and is causing quite a storm in a bra cup.

The meet and greet took place at a recent Bieber event in Miami. As you’ll see from the images above and below, the fan appears to be whispering in Bieber’s ear moments before receiving a kiss and a grope.

The photo was posted and then removed from Bieber’s official fan site, Bieberfever.com.

According to Justin’s publicist, Melissa Victor, he did not grab the girl’s chest, but was “moving his hand away from hugging her” as the picture was being taken.

All that is known of the Belieber at the centre of the Gropegate Scandal, is that she is a 17-year-old, named Jocelyn. She also afterwards insisted via Twitter that the “embrace” was entirely innocent, and that she had not asked the singer to grab a handful:

I’m dying hahahahhaha it looks like Justin’s touching my boob in the picture. Let me clear this up for people who can’t read, NO I did NOT ask Justin to touch my boobs.
