    Executive Chef Rudi Liebenberg is inviting you into his kitchen. Guests can now come to the Mount Nelson and literally take part in the kitchen’s ambiance.

    This custom designed and interactive culinary experience gives guests the opportunity to enjoy their meal in the heart of the hotel’s flamboyant kitchen. Now you can enjoy your lunch at an intimate table just inches away from the acclaimed Chefs. Watch as they put your together your tasteful dishes on he five course menus that are designed according to what is seasonal or what is foraged that day.

    Sip on fine wines as you gaze into the oversized mirrors that give you a clear picture of every carve and every julienne. But you are not just spectators at this dinning frenzy. Guests can observe the preparation and plating of their favourite dishes alongside chefs that will entertain with their knowledge, secrets and love for each dish they create.

    The Chef’s Lunch Table can cater for up to twelve lucky guests, seated at four separate tables. The availability will run from Friday 1 July onwards and cost a slim R500 per person, including a glass of wine with each course.
