David Beckham is set on not only building a 25,000 seat stadium but developing it into a complete year-round entertainment facility, with a view of Miami only seen by people on private yachts.

Beckham has his eye on the Dodge Island site in the Port of Miami, but the location is currently used by Royal Caribbean Cruises. Royal Caribbean Cruises are concerned that sharing the site will affect departure and arrival times, due to the possibility of increases traffic caused by the soccer stadium.
