If you thought that Ozzie woman who stubbed a cigarette on a reporter’s face had an aggressive streak wait until you meet Jamie Sager.
The 48-year-old resident of Teralba, New South Wales went on a rampage yesterday after nicking a bulldozer and going off like a cut snake (that’s Ozzie for crazy). Here’s 9News:
Jamie Sager allegedly rammed a stolen bulldozer into four parked cars and flattened a house at Teralba yesterday, narrowly missing four people inside.
He has been charged with a raft of offences including breaching an AVO, intimidation, and destroying property.
An AVO, in case you were wondering, is an Apprehended Violence Order. It is an order to protect victims of domestic violence when they are fearful of future violence, commonly referred to as a restraining order.
In what may be the smartest decision he has made in a while Sager did not apply for bail. Below you can see some photos of the havoc he wreaked.
That photo above is the beginning of the rampage, ended only by the quick thinking of a police officer:
…an officer reportedly jumped aboard the bulldozer and pressed an emergency stop button, neutralising the alleged attacker with pepper spray.
Good on ya mate. Sager will undergo a mental health assessment before the trial proceeds and I have my suspicions as to what they will find.
