OK, so it might just be the trailer for a Christmas extravaganza but it’s enough to excite even the grinchiest of grinches.
A Very Murray Christmas will première on December 4, and from our little sneak peek above we’ll be waiting with bated breath. TIME are also excited, having this to say about the special:
The project was directed and co-written by Sofia Coppola and, we now know, stars celebs like George Clooney, Miley Cyrus, Amy Poehler, Maya Rudolph, Rashida Jones, Chris Rock and more.
“It just started from wanting to see Bill sing and our fondness for those old Christmas specials that were on TV in the ’70s and ’80s,” Coppola [said].
Look, you had us at Bill Murray. The eccentric actor promises that there will be some actual plot, although we’re just happy if he drinks a little too much and re-enacts Caddyshack scenes.
