As an English speaker, you are probably aware of how drastically English can be manipulated in parts of the world, and none so much as places in the UK.
Well, one guy is on a mission to teach you.
He goes by the name “Korean Billy’ and, because Billy is based in Liverpool, his biggest challenge has been to teach his fellow Koreans – and anyone else interested – the ins and outs of Scouse, the local dialect.
