Neither does she need to show us how sexy she can be. She got that M.I.L.F money, remember?

So whatever it was she was trying to prove on Sunday during her interpretation of the American national anthem at the NBA All-Star Game is beyond me.

Putting her own, sexy spin on “The Star-Spangled Banner”, Fergie’s performance didn’t win over anyone, garnering more sniggers than respect from those listening, reports Hollywood Reporter:

The singer put her own spin on “The Star-Spangled Banner,” but it didn’t really catch on with viewers. It also appeared to spark snickers from some of the players, late-night host Jimmy Kimmel and others in the crowd at Los Angeles’ Staples Center.
