First of all, props to these kids (and their parents) for the costumes.
Monsters, Inc. was an enjoyable film, and I applaud the commitment, all the way through to the hat.

As for why so many parents seem to love tormenting their children with Jimmy Kimmel’s prank about having eaten their Halloween candy, I’m at a loss.
Perhaps it’s just plain, cold-hearted revenge, or the hope that their little one will go viral and start actually providing something of use around the house.
