Ah, the running of the bulls in Spain. Every great gap-year person’s dream.
Take Benjamin Miller for example. It’s probably all he ever wanted to do whilst on his Contiki tour through the EU. And, yes, sure, he ran with the bulls for a bit, but he might’ve eaten a dash too much fast food whilst growing up in Georgia – a bull caught up with him gooooooood in the town of Ciudad Rodrigo.
Once pulled away from the bull, Miller was taken to hospital. He had to undergo a “three-hour operation to repair damage to his thighs, sphincter and back muscles”. Nice. The doctor who operated on him said that it was the biggest gorge wound he had ever seen.
High five to the bull.
