FROM CAR PARK MAYHEM TO PRIVATE BEACH PARADISE

Jeepers Hudders, some of the okes with properties near The Lookout Deck have done PARTICULARLY well. These houses were once ON the Lookout Deck parking lot, but now, thanks to global warming and excessive flooding (which washed away the entire car park) they have their own private beaches!

The view from the deck has changed substantially

They’ve built up these massive water breaks which seem to be working well. You’ll remember the yellow guest house that was approaching ruin. Seems absolutely fine now!

So that all worked out well. The Lockout Deck was enjoyable and less dirty than I cared remembered. The Insurance Broker went for the Pot ‘o Mussels, whilst I went for the Portuguese style peri-peri calamari steak, which was awesome. Granted, it did result in a small explosion later on, but it was well worth it.

Very cool. It was even more cool and relaxing to fire up a quiet joint whlist chilling there. Very fitting, I thought. The staff seem to turn a blind eye, anyway (our waiter was certainly no stranger to pot).

I can also report that The Lookout Deck in Plettenberg Bay serves white vinegar in the most desirable decanters. This is what you’re looking for..

So cool..

So awesome.

Currently at the B.I. hotel, about to have lunch. The staff seem very well behaved. For now..
