If you want to nail down some retweets take a picture of Oscar Pistorius doing anything, such is the hype around the disgraced athlete’s return to court.

Even more guaranteed the retweets is his brother Carl (account HERE), who sent out this picture around midday yesterday.

Looks like those legal books are stacked high on the table in the background, maybe Barry Roux has been round to touch on every last tactic to avoid a massive sentence.

Is he hoping this is going to drum up sympathy?

During court on Tuesday‚ when sentencing proceedings resumed‚ Carl Pistorius expressed sympathy for Barry Steenkamp‚ whose tearful testimony recalled the pain he and his wife felt at the loss of their daughter Reeva‚ who died when Oscar shot her in 2013.

“My heart breaks for Barry‚” Carl Pistorius tweeted.

He later added to this comment‚ sharing with TV journalist Karyn Maughn: “Mr Steenkamp’s evidence is heartbreaking… Reeva’s parents were made to believe that Oscar deliberately killed Reeva”.

Considering that Oscar has been convicted of murder it’s not just Reeva’s parents who believe he deliberately killed her, sorry Carl.
